At Caraxia Self Drive, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our customers. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure a transparent and fair refund policy for your peace of mind.
1. Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the specified time frame, minus any applicable fees outlined in our terms and conditions.
3. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed with in 3 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
4. Partial Refunds: In cases where a portion of the rental period has been completed, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining unused days, after deducting any applicable fees.
5. No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel a reservation within the specified time frame or failure to pick up the rental vehicle without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
6. Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted through our official channels, either by phone or email, and must include the booking details for verification purposes.
